PiS spokesman, Mariusz Błaszczak, confirmed this information. "In an issue so essential to Poland and all the Poles, all politicians have to be unanimous," Błaszczak says. “The verdict of the European Court of Human Rights violates fundamental Polish beliefs. We are going to support the Sejm’s bill in which it will repudiate the verdict”.

The bill was presented on Wednesday by the MPs of Ludwik Dorn’s new party, Poland Plus. The bill was signed by the representatives of all parties, including Stanisław Żelichowski (Polish People’s Party), Jarosław Gowin (Civic Platform), as well as Waldemar Wiązowski, Krzysztof Jurgiel and Anna Sobecka (PiS). This issue caused confusion among the members of PiS when it turned out some of the party’s MPs supported the bill without the consent of the party’s authorities. But today the leaders of the party decided the whole club is going to support the bill. "The bill will be signed by all the MPs and senators of the party," Błaszczak says.
